Senior Traffic Operator - Road Freight (FTL/LTL)

Role mission

Manage and optimize end-to-end FTL/LTL road freight shipments, ensuring on-time performance, cost efficiency, and high service quality, while coordinating with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end planning, coordination and tracking of FTL & LTL shipments.
• Proactive incident/exception management (delays, damages, last-minute changes) and solution execution.
• Daily communication with customers and carriers (ETAs, status updates, documentation, issue resolution).
• Operational negotiation and follow-up with transport providers; ensure service compliance and performance.
• Transport documentation control and adherence to internal procedures.
• Monitor and support improvement of operational KPIs (OTD, incidents, productivity, cost).
• Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Road Freight operations (FTL/LTL) in a similar role.
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is recommended.
• A Master's degree (Bac+5), preferably in Transport or Logistics.
