Local Finance & Admin Officer - Regional Office
Calsina Carré Group is in an expansion phase of its operations in Tunisia. The entity currently operates a warehousing (logistics) activity and, in the medium term, plans to launch a transport line with driver-collective management (per diems, documentation, specific social compliance).
With the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout in Tunisia (activation planned for September), the Group's financial structure evolves toward a model where the core accounting (posting, closing, reporting) is absorbed by the Shared Service Center at HQ and unified under Group accounting principles and calendar.
Within this new framework, a local profile in Tunisia is required to act as single point of contact for the aspects that, by regulatory, physical or cultural nature, cannot be centralized: documentary input and review, local fiscal and social compliance, proximity treasury, coordination of payroll with an external provider, and interaction with authorities. The position is a new creation, as accounting processes have been externalized until now.
Role Mission
To be the local reference in Tunisia for the entity's administrative, fiscal, social and payroll processes, ensuring the quality of the input to the SSC at HQ, compliance with local regulations, and smooth operations with authorities, banks and suppliers.
The role combines technical execution (documentary identification and preparation, calculations, reviews) with external coordination (authorities, tax and legal advisors, payroll provider, banks), without team leadership responsibilities.
Functional scope and Responsabilities
Local accounting (input to the SSC): Manage and prepare local accounting documentation, ensuring accurate classification, proper archiving, effective coordination with the SSC, and compliance with the Group's closing schedule.3.2 Local taxation
Local Taxation: Coordinate local tax compliance, audits, regulatory reporting, and liaison with tax authorities, while supporting transfer pricing and ensuring compliance with Tunisian fiscal regulations.
Payroll and administrative HR coordination: Coordinate payroll and HR administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, social compliance, employment documentation, and administrative support for employees and transport operations.
Local treasury and banking: Manage local treasury operations, ensuring efficient bank account administration, payment processing, cash management, banking relationships, and coordination with the SSC on cash flow activities.
Social and administrative compliance: Ensure compliance with local legal and administrative obligations by coordinating regulatory documentation, third-party contracts, and external tax and legal advisors.
Institutional interaction: Act as the local administrative liaison with authorities and external stakeholders, supporting the General Manager and SSC in regulatory and operational matters.
