At Calsina Carré, we are scaling our Morocco Road Freight activity and we are looking for a Junior / Beginner Traffic Planner to join our team in Tangier.

What you will do

Support the traffic/operations team in the daily planning and follow-up of FTL & LTL road shipments, helping ensure smooth execution and strong service quality.

Key responsibilities

Support daily planning and coordination of FTL/LTL shipments.

Create and update shipments in the system (TMS/ERP) and ensure data accuracy.

Follow up on pickups, deliveries, and ETAs, and escalate exceptions when needed.

Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams for operational updates.

Assist with incident follow-up (delays, missing info, last-minute changes) and keep stakeholders informed.

Support transport documentation follow-up (CMR/POD, shipment references, etc.).

Help with basic reporting and KPI follow-up (on-time, incidents, productivity).
